My first time here. I had the 2-item lunch special & it was very reasonably priced for the amount of food & options. I’m a Cali girl & have high standards for my Mexican food. This is the best Mexican I’ve found in WI so far. The food came out quickly, was hot & fresh. The verde hot sauce is great. Although the salsa with chips could be thicker & with more cilantro. Excellent wait staff & excellent cocktail from the bar. I highly recommend & will be back!
Overall we were pleased with this Mexican restaurant. The food was good but very heavy on the onions and cilantro. If people want additional of either they can request it. Ordered the steak burrito and was disappointed as the steak was ground up into tiny pieces. The guacamole had way too many onions and cilantro.
I go to Mi Pueblo at least twice a month—it the friends and family favorite spot for any occasion—especially a birthday! The staff is amazing and so friendly, the service is quick and accurate, and you can't help but have a good time in the bright and fun atmosphere. I have never not enjoyed my meal or time at MI Pueblo, and their specials are so great! Best Mexican restaurant in Point/Plover in my opinion!
Mexican is always good! Our waiter was very nice and the food was delicious!
Overall very good Mexican food. It was definitely more authentic then most restaurants I have visited. The food was flavorful and delicious. The only thing I could say is the portions are smaller then what I am use to. I would say overall though they deserve a 4.5 star rating.
Wonderful atmosphere, generous chips. Huge horchatas, Friendly servers. We were here in the late afternoon and the food was pretty slow to come out.
We all enjoyed our food. My pork enchiladas in Mole sauce were very good but I was not super fond of the kind of cheese in my enchilada.
Everyone else also enjoyed their food. My young daughter's tacos were a little messy from grease. (But good)
Cute little market inside has candy and treats with a few actual market things.
This is a very good Mexican place. I had a shrimp taco since it was a special for Friday and two taco de lengua. It was amazing. You can even get them americanized with like lettuce and cheese and stuff. I do mine with corn tortilla and the real way with cilantro onions and lime. I will definitely go back. I like that you could just order the tacos themselves and not have the beans and rice. I also had a strawberry margarita decent price, and it was sooooo good. Seemed a good alcohol content compared to others I have had other places. Also, the sauces that you get with the tacos, a green and orange, were good. Nice and spicy.
Carne asada tacos were good, pork was alright but chewy, chicken was very chewy, horrible, and I mean absolutely horrible taco. The chili taco was horrifying and had a fried potato like chili which made my stomach go crazy, the spicy sauce was good with my good spice tolerance but other then that it wasn’t great. The waiter didn’t speak great English(not his fault) but he clearly noticed I didn’t want my margarita and didn’t recommend anything else. Left me feeling very sick and the margarita was a store bought mix, didn’t taste alcoholic, my son tried and said it tasted like limeade! The steak tacos were the only highlight with the sauce
